"I have been insured with state farm 25yr + give or take . I've never had a problem and no need to use policy Mike has been my agent for little over a yr. now that I returned to this county just recently in the last week of December the place I was living caught fire so I had to use renters policy for coverage. That said it's been a nightmare I've had to call on Mike to help and for most part he "tried helping" I was told there's not much that he can do to insure that claim is inforced... by the decision of the claim handler J.R Robles who works back east some where and has done nothing but made it his job to make this whole ordeal a living nightmare. Im in the worst place ever mentally and emotionally in a dark place and physically out of a house or a place to live because Mr.Robles says" that I've had more than enough time to find another place to live " never mind what I pay for and what the actual coverage I'm entitled to or have paid on for decades he's "just doing his job" I dont understand what part of that is what I've been paying for..."
